Ukrainian Scientist Finds a Way to Stop Climate Change

KIEV, Ukraine, June 16, 2010 - Nikolai Reka's research center has developed a scientific
method that can stop natural disasters and the development of climate change
on our planet.

The Energy-caused Appearing Of Climatic Changes On Earth
Theory, created by the research center, explains the increase in natural
disasters more exactly than the existing CO2 Theory does.

Based on his research, Reka discovered that to control the
planet's climate, it is necessary to reorganize technogenic electro-magnetic
fields (TEMF) in order to send cosmo-solar energy to certain zones of the
planet. Scientists think that the redistribution of cosmo-solar energy
appeared because of mankind's industrial activity and caused changes in
gravitational convection, weakened Earth's magnetic field and was a major
cause of the increase in natural disasters over the past 40 years.

The research center suggests that reorganization of the TEMF
will stop this redistribution of energy on the planet, and let it restore its
natural circulation. In turn, this will lead to restoration of the Earth's
magnetic field and decrease the incidence of natural disasters.

Ukrainian scientists propose we:

1. Urgently reorganize the planet's TEMF and release from it
sparsely populated regions (forests, fields, rivers and so on)

2. Significantly amplify TEMF in the South-Atlantic region by
commissioning a number of emitters, radars, satellites there.

3. Control zones of magnetosphere raptures on the South and
the North poles while keeping enough access of cosmo-solar energy there.

The scientists note that the Earth's weakening magnetic field
continues because of commissioning new radars, retranslation stations,
satellites and so on. In the near future this will lead humankind to a global
disaster.
