NEW YORK, January 20, 2011 - — Plug-in access to ICAM's global database of securities class actions,
bankruptcies and government disgorgements can help traders limit exposure to

UNX LLC (www.unx.com), a leading provider of innovative trading
technology solutions, is partnering with International Class Actions
Management (ICAM) to integrate ICAM's securities data and research services
into the UNX Catalyst Execution Management System (EMS).

ICAM provides data, support and outsourcing services to leading financial
institutions to help them effectively and efficiently manage the impact of
securities class action claims and other adverse events. Their proprietary
global data collection includes up-to-the-minute coverage of securities class
actions, bankruptcies and government disgorgements.

The two firms are developing a plug-in that will feed ICAM services
directly into the Catalyst EMS, providing additional risk management
capabilities to the trader. This will allow traders to query ICAM's database
for past and pending events that could affect any security they intend to
trade or hold.

By introducing this added level of transparency at the point of trade,
UNX aims to help its clients make more informed trading decisions and
mitigate risk.

"An integral part of the UNX Catalyst value proposition is collaborating
with other premier providers to deliver unique offerings that can improve the
decision-making process for the trader," explains UNX Global Head of Product
Management Ruth Colagiuri.

"With Catalyst's broker-neutral, open-technology framework and advanced
Software Development Kit (SDK), the sky's the limit as to what UNX and our
partners and clients can develop for the institutional trading community,"
she adds.

"ICAM recognizes UNX's unique platform as innovative and ideal for
delivering our message to the industry decision makers," affirms ICAM
spokesperson David Monks. "We look forward to a productive working
relationship with UNX and delivering up-to-date information to those who need
to know as it happens."

Available to clients, broker-dealers, exchanges and third-party
application vendors to develop applications or add-ins for use in Catalyst,
the UNX SDK includes multiple open APIs that provide access to thousands of
callable functions and support a broad range of programming languages. Users
can quickly add functionality, update their offerings and integrate
applications without having to involve the UNX development staff and incur
additional development costs.
