Web-based Client Service Tool Provides More Transparency and Greater Access to Critical Data

GEORGE TOWN, Grand Cayman and WILMINGTON, Delaware, September 22, 2010 - Walkers Corporate Services is pleased to announce a series of
enhancements made to its online Client Portal.

In an increasingly global financial environment, the Client Portal has
made it possible for global corporations and financial institutions to have
information and documents available at their fingertips 24 hours a day from
anywhere in the world. Walkers Corporate Services has added new tools and
resources that will help users comply with corporate filing requirements as
the demand for transparency grows in the U.S. and around the world.
