William P. Kistler Joins Korn/Ferry's Real Estate Practice as Senior Client Partner

LONDON, October 4, 2010 - Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent
management solutions, today announced that William P. Kistler has joined the
Firm as a Senior Client Partner and a leader in the U.K. and EMEA Real Estate
Practice. Based in London, he will contribute his real estate and search
experience to clients throughout the region.

Mr. Kistler brings to the Firm strong credentials and more than 30 years
of hands on, international real estate experience while working closely with
global and entrepreneurial organisations. He joins Korn/Ferry from the Urban
Land Institute (ULI) where he served as President, EMEA & India for six
years. ULI is the real estate industry's leading professional organisation,
with 30,000 members in 92 countries. Prior to joining ULI, Mr. Kistler
co-founded an international boutique real estate search firm, and managed its
EMEA platform.
