With More Than 60 Percent U.S. Market Share, Acision Strengthens Position as Leading Provider of World's Top Mobile Data Service

PLANO, Texas, March 23, 2010 - In recent research on the messaging market in the U.S., Acision, a world
leader in mobile data, was recognized as the number one vendor of the world's
leading mobile data service, SMS. Acision has more than a 60 percent market
share of total mobile subscriptions in the U.S., as of end-4Q09, as
calculated by Informa Telecoms & Media, further highlighting Acision's global
leadership in mobile messaging and data services.

This validation coincides with CTIA Wireless 2010, where Acision plans to
