Air Lease Corporation and Air Berlin Sign a Sale and Lease-Back Agreement for Two Used B737-800 Aircraft

LOS ANGELES, August 10, 2010 - Air Lease Corporation and Air Berlin have signed sale and lease-back
agreements for two used B737-800's. The transaction was completed July 29,
2010.

used A320 and two new aircraft already leased by ALC to Air Berlin. Air
