Australia, Greece, Portugal and Russia Join Parrot Certified Installer Program (CIP)

PARIS, April 27, 2010 - Parrot, a global leader in wireless devices for mobile phones, is
launching its certified installer program in Australia, Greece, Portugal and
Russia.

Today the program counts more than 2,900 members in nine countries
(excluding the new countries) and is aimed at installers with a double
objective: to develop a long-lasting relationship between the brand and its
retailers, and to enhance user experience at the time of the installation of
a Parrot hands-free system.

Parrot Certified Installer, a program for both installers and consumers

Launched in 2008, this certification program for installer aims at
guaranteeing high standards and meticulous installation of their Parrot
system for all consumers.

As for Parrot certified installers, they will benefit from a
privileged relationship with the brand and specific sales and technical
support.

Through this program, Parrot certified installers benefit from
a dedicated and secure website (www.certified.parrot.com) giving them
access to training, sales and technical documentation and videos. The members
of the program also have access to product information (photography, data
sheets and user manuals), a marketing section with an online POS catalogue,
special offers, local incentives and invitations to events as well as a
newsletter specific to each country.

Thanks to this support, Parrot certified installers are able to provide
their customers with all necessary advices to fully experience and enjoy the
functionality of Parrot hands-free system.
