Bank Leumi USA Announces Opening of Representative Office in Israel

NEW YORK, December 6, 2010 - Bank Leumi USA (BLUSA) has announced the opening of a representative
office in Herzliya Pituach, Israel. Managing the office will be Mr. Yaron Ben
Horin, a banker with extensive experience in financial services in both
Israel and the United States.

This representative office offers Israelis local access to Bank Leumi
USA. Private banking and commercial clients will be able to call on Mr. Ben
Horin to secure meetings, facilitate introductions with BLUSA officers in the
United States and further deepen their relationship experience with Leumi.

Mr. Ben Horin has been with the Leumi Group for seven years. Most
recently, he served as a Senior Private Banker working with international
clients in the Private Banking Division at BLUSA headquarters in New York.
Yaron holds an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
