BioNeutral Announces Caliber Sales Engineering as an Authorized Dealer

NEWARK, New Jersey, June 16, 2011 -

BioNeutral Group Inc., (OTCBB: BONU) today announced the
appointment of Caliber Sales Engineering Inc. as an authorized
dealer of its EPA approved Ygiene Hospital and Military Grade
sterilant.  BioNeutral Ygiene product is used to sterilize any
hard surface in only 20 minutes.  The product has demonstrated
utility and effectiveness in industrial, health care and military
settings,  at the onset, the distribution agreement will be
limited to sales opportunities within the United States.

Caliber Sales Engineering Inc. is celebrating its 25th
Anniversary representing many premier defense equipment
manufacturers in the military aviation, marine, and tactical
markets.  Caliber  has a proven track record  in
providing support for legacy systems from high profile companies
