CNE and SIVECO deployed Asset Suite across CNE's two currently
operational plants, Units 1 and 2, supporting a total of 600 users. As part
of the new agreement, CNE has committed to extend the solution to 1,000 users
and deploy additional Asset Suite modules, including Engineering Change,
Personnel Qualifications, Project Management and Total Exposure. CNE uses
also the Ventyx Curator document management system in order to manage
engineering design documents.

"CNE chose Ventyx and its business partner SIVECO for this project
because we wanted to work with a company that understands nuclear plant
operations process and needs, and has successfully delivered solutions around
the world," said Ionel Bucur, CNE Cernavoda Site Director. "The success of
this implementation shows that our choice of Ventyx was well-founded. CNE
places high value on the quality and knowledge of the professional services
teams from both Ventyx and SIVECO, as well as the strength of our
partnership. Both will play a vital role as we work together to maintain and
improve the safety and efficiency of the Cernavoda site."

By implementing Asset Suite, CNE has deployed the industry-leading EAM
solution for nuclear power generation, energy delivery and other
asset-intensive organizations. Hundreds of clients around the world use
Ventyx asset and plant operations management software, including 95 percent
of the top 50 Fortune 100 energy companies, nine of the top 10 European power
generators and four of the top five European utilities.

Asset Suite will provide CNE's nuclear operators with deep asset
management for their diverse equipment and infrastructure, allowing them to
manage information such as equipment model, serial number, vendor, date
purchased, spare parts, services performed, recalls and more for the entire
site with a single system. In addition, Asset Suite delivers a personal user
interface that includes role and rule-based content and workflow-based
navigation and is configurable for the individual user. As a result, CNE can
improve their asset performance, safety and financial results by reducing
plant operational costs, improving workforce effectiveness, meeting
regulatory and safety requirements and streamlining the supply chain, among
other benefits.

"We are delighted to be able to count CNE amongst our extensive nuclear
customer base and to partner with leading IT partner SIVECO on such an
important project, further demonstrating our commitment and leadership in the
Central and Eastern European energy generation market," said Ventyx VP
Richard Jones. "The success at Cernavoda is truly the result of a team
effort. Ventyx has had a full-time team of nuclear specialists from our
Professional Services Organization onsite in Romania working closely with
both the customer and partner implementation team from the onset. And, we are
proud that CNE has chosen to continue our partnership and leverage our
industry-leading work and asset management solution as they are going to
operate also Units 3 and 4."
