Comba Telecom Systems Holdings Limited (”Comba” or the “Group”, Hong Kong Stock code: 2342), a leading wireless enhancement solutions provider, announced today the launch of its full portfolio of 2G and 3G products and solutions to the Russian market — one of the largest and most sophisticated wireless markets in Eastern Europe.

Available immediately, Comba’s 2G and 3G wireless solutions address the needs of the Russian operators at different network development phases: the base station antennas, subsystems and digital microwave backhaul solutions allows efficient 3G and rural area network rollout. The Comba portfolio of in-building coverage, outdoor coverage enhancement and network optimization solutions addresses the wireless network enhancement stages. These solutions are supported by Comba’s services which include consultation, planning, installation, and commissioning amongst others.
The launch coincides with Comba attaining type approval certification for its products, thus ensuring its compliance with Russian telecom standards, technical specifications and regulations. Such certification was granted after an exhaustive battery of evaluations that encompassed quality, performance, documentation and process audits as well as sample testing in accredited laboratories and factory visits by an accredited certification agency approved by Russia’s Federal Communications Agency (Rossvyaz).
