DUBAI, UAE, March 3, 2011 - In light of the riots and number of violent exchanges between protesters
and armed authorities in Libya, expats in the country have been looking for a
means to escape this troubled region.

"Since the situation in Libya escalated into violence, we have received
many inquiries for urgent emergency evacuations," said Claire Brugirard,
Charter Sales Manager at Air Charter International.

A more complicated area to conduct evacuations from, the charter sales
team at Air Charter International had their hands full organizing permits and
processing the necessary paperwork to evacuate their clients as soon as
possible.

"The situation in Libya at the moment is very bad. It is actually much
more complicated than Egypt due to the violence and the difficulties in
obtaining permits from the local authorities to operate charter flights out
of there."

To date Air Charter International has successfully evacuated 3000 people
from Libya to various destinations around the world. "Our team worked around
the clock with different operators to ensure that all persons were evacuated
safely to their destinations."

Mrs. Brugirard also said that the aircraft used for these emergency
evacuations were B737-800 and B737-300 and that these aircraft were used to
evacuate passengers to places such as India, Bangladesh, Afghanistan, United
Kingdom
and Sri Lanka to name a few.

Air Charter International was able to accomplish these emergency
evacuations due to their ability to assist the operators and clients in
successfully obtaining clearances and permits via Diplomatic Channels.

"As a leading aviation services provider in the Middle East, we at Air
Charter International are in the ideal position to assist people in similar
situations."

Mrs. Brugirard affirmed that Air Charter International is also available
to conduct emergency evacuations from other problematic areas such as Yemen,
Bahrain, the Ivory Coast and Iraq.

She reiterates that evacuations are ongoing and that at the moment Air
Charter International is arranging flights out of Libya on a daily basis.
