CHICAGO, April 4, 2011 - The Food Channel(R) (foodchannel.com) has opened a new online "World
Market" specifically to bring products from other countries to consumers in
the United States and beyond. This new shopping experience is seen as a major
new opportunity for Israeli food business owners and manufacturers.

"The Food Channel is known as the place to go for food news and
recommendations," said Jay Anger, product manager of the online Store. "We've
selected Israel as a country with a tremendous amount of quality food
products that aren't getting to the American audience, and we want to change
that. It is our goal to make it easy for businesses to sell their products,
and for consumers to discover new and delightful flavors and food items as a
result."

Products that are selected for The Food Channel Store go through a
rigorous testing process in the Kitchens of The Food Channel, with a tasting
panel approving the products, chefs creating recipes to showcase the
products, and background stories provided to help consumers understand where
and how the product is produced. "We believe knowing more about a product and
how it can be used will lead to a greater willingness for the consumer to try
to new things," said Anger.

The program has several levels for manufacturers who wish to participate.
All programs provide warehousing, order fulfillment and customer service as
well as vendor relations in both English and Hebrew.
