Great Wall TV Debuts on KyLinTV Europe

PLAINVIEW, New York, September 6, 2010 - China International Television Corporation (CITVC) and KyLinTV jointly
announced an agreement today whereby the entire range of channels offered by
Great Wall TV will be included in KyLinTV's European Great Wall TV package.
The move will further strengthen CITVC's partnership with KyLinTV following
on the roll-out of Great Wall TV on KyLinTV's North American service in 2008.

According to the agreement, the Great Wall TV package that KyLinTV will
offer in Europe includes 27 TV channels: CCTV-4, CCTV-News, CCTV-Opera,
CCTV-Entertainment, CCTV-E , CCTV-F, CCTV-Arabic, CCTV-Russian, China Movie
Channel, Hunan TV, Beijing TV, Dragon TV, TVS, Phoenix InfoNews, Phoenix
Europe, Jiangsu Int'l, Fujian Straits TV, ZTV Int'l, Xiamen Star TV, CYR TV,
CQ Int'l, SZTV, Tianjin TV Int'l, AHTV Int'l, Taishan TV, Sichuan TV Int'l

The addition of Great Wall TV to KyLinTV Europe's lineup will vastly
enrich the options for KyLinTV's European subscribers, allowing them to
access more Chinese TV channels covering a wider variety of programming and
