KPMG (UK) Joins Clarity Systems in Providing an end-to-end Reporting Solution to FTSE 250 Firm

TORONTO, May 19, 2010 - Clarity Systems, a leader in corporate performance management (CPM) and

adopt Clarity FSR as its external reporting solution.

IMI will integrate Clarity FSR with its existing source systems to drive

deliver RNS submissions to the London Stock Exchange and XBRL filings to HMRC
