Ms. Shalet has worked as a Clinical Research Associate focusing on
oncology trials based in Europe, then in finance in Mergers and Acquisitions
doing IPOs for small Pharma and biotech companies and looking at acquisition
targets for clients. Ms. Shalet's academic background is in science,
specifically biological sciences. Ms. Shalet completed a B.S. in Molecular
Cell Biology and a Master's in Clinical Oncology, both at the University of
Nottingham.
