PITTSBURGH, February 10, 2011 - L.B. Foster Company (Nasdaq: FSTR) today announced that it will broadcast
a conference call to discuss its fourth quarter 2010 operating results on
Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 11:00 am Eastern Time. The Company plans to
release its results that same day before the market opens. The release for
the Company's fourth quarter operating results is later than previous years
due solely to the late fourth quarter 2010 acquisition of Portec Rail
Products, Inc.
