VANCOUVER, March 8, 2010 - LGC Skyrota Wind Energy Corp. ("LGC Skyrota" "the Company") (TSX-V: LGS)
is pleased to announce that its large wind turbine maintenance and
refurbishment division, LGC, has been recognized as the Small Company of the
Year for impressive vision and originality by the Aer Lingus Viscount Awards,
in association with Ulster Television and Business Eye Magazine.

the Small Company of the Year category.
