MACH Appoints Dea-Anne D’Amico as Vice President Global Human Resources

MACH today announced the appointment of Dea-Anne D’Amico as Vice President Global Human Resources and member of MACH’s Executive Team, reporting to MACH CEO, Guy Dubois.

In this role, Ms D’Amico will lead all aspects of MACH’s Human Resources organization worldwide, as well as global executive and employee communications. As a member of the company’s worldwide leadership team, she will help set global strategic direction for the business spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Latin America.

Ms. D’Amico has a strong record of designing strategies and delivering change management to make organizations more competitive. With 20 years experience in Human Resources and Communications focused on Organizational Effectiveness, Ms D’Amico has served in international leadership roles with The Walt Disney Company, Compaq (HP), Serono, AT&T, The World Economic Forum and ST Microelectronics. Ms D’Amico was a key catalyst in Compaq’s growth strategy that took the organization from fifth to first in the market, growing exponentially, and included the integration of both Tandem and Digital across 35 countries.

Before joining Compaq, Ms. D’Amico served as Director Public Relations for AT&T, responsible for their Europe, Middle East and Africa region, collaborating with several European Telcos during a time of significant organizational change. At The Walt Disney Company she provided corporate management of Human Resources and Communications for a number of Disney’s business ventures including the opening and reorganization of Euro Disney (Disneyland Paris) and other Disney subsidiaries.

Ms. D’Amico joined MACH on 1st April 2009. Mr. Enver Schrombgens now returns his focus to his role as MACH’s General Counsel. MACH thanks Mr. Schrombgens for his HR contribution over the last year.
