PARIS, February 18, 2010 - Navx, a French corporation based near Paris, has filed a complaint
against Google with the French Competition Authority.

In its complaint, Navx alleges that Google abused its dominant position,
as well as Navx's state of economic dependence, by terminating its Adwords
contract and refusing to display Navx's advertisements.

Navx has requested that the Competition Authority grant it certain
interim measures.
