Nur Energie Joins Desertec Industrial Initiative

Partnership Underscores Nur Energie's Development Expertise and Mission

LONDON, April 13, 2010 - Nur Energie, a solar project developer with operations in France, Italy,
Greece and Tunisia, has joined the Desertec Industrial Initiative (Dii) as an
Associated Partner. Kevin Sara, Nur Energie CEO comments: "Nur Energie's
strategy is to build local partnerships in the markets where we operate. The
European Union will become an important export market for renewable energy in
the future, and the Dii will be a key partner in creating the framework
conditions for renewable energy export projects from North Africa into the
European Union."

Nur Energie is already in the advanced stages of developing a
Concentrating Solar Power (CSP) project in Greece, as well as France's
largest building-integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) project on the roofs of the
Port of Marseille.

Nur Energie is a technology-independent solar project developer,
utilizing PV, CSP and Concentrating PV (CPV) technologies across projects in
Greece, France, Italy and Tunisia.

Dr. Till Stenzel, Nur Energie's Chief Operating Officer (COO) adds: "We
