Permaswage Completes Acquisition of HK Fittings, Inc. Assets

LOS ANGELES, December 13, 2010 - Designed Metal Connections dba Permaswage has completed a definitive
agreement to acquire the aerospace fittings assets of HK Fittings, Inc. of
Burbank CA., a leading provider of standard AN/MS fluid fitting components
for commercial and defense aerospace markets worldwide.
