QuEST Forum Opens Registration for the 2010 EMEA Best Practices Conference

DALLAS, February 25, 2010 - Registration is now open for QuEST Forum's 2010 EMEA Best Practices
Conference, 20 - 21 April 2010 in Berlin, Germany. The theme of the
conference is "Next Generation Communication Services Excellence" and
presentations will focus on metrics and measurements for both the supply
chain and operations. Attendees will take away tools, techniques, comparative
studies and methodologies to help their organizations achieve and sustain
business excellence.

Mr. Tim Harden, President, AT&T Supply Chain and Fleet Operations and
Vice Chair, QuEST Forum Executive Board will keynote the 2010 EMEA Best
Practices Conference. Mr. Harden is responsible for all related global
functions, including strategic sourcing, purchasing, supplier quality and
supplier diversity programs, supply chain logistics and distribution, and
fleet management at AT&T. These responsibilities cover all aspects of AT&T's
business, including wireless, IP-based communications, high speed Internet
access, local and long distance voice, directory publishing, marketing and
