Package offers cost-efficient solutions to training administration challenges

RUESSELSHEIM, Germany, March 4, 2010 - Raytheon Professional Services LLC, a subsidiary of Raytheon Company
(NYSE: RTN), has launched a technology and services-based "Price per Event"
package to provide European customers cost efficiency and flexibility when
fulfilling training administration and records management needs.

Mark Oliver, RPS operations director for EMEA (Europe, Middle East,
Africa), said: "The financial crisis has led many organizations to reduce
their training budgets. In addition to gaining efficiencies, training leaders
want to free their teams of administrative work, and let them focus on the
value-adding strategic work."

Training administration and records management have hidden complexities
in people and technology that can cost organizations valuable resources to
maintain. This Price per Event package enables customers to benefit from RPS'
training administration expertise and its investments in tools and people.

The Price per Event package includes in-country administration services,
records management and central services. It is scalable and covers the basic
requirements of event administration to active campaigning across multiple
markets. Learn more about RPS' capabilities at
