TECT Aerospace Promotes Peter Knapper to President

WICHITA, Kansas, September 8, 2010 - TECT announced the promotion effective today of Peter Knapper to
president of TECT Aerospace, Inc. Since joining the TECT family of businesses
in 2007, Knapper has served as vice president of operations for both TECT
Power and TECT Aerospace. He succeeds Timothy Hassenger who served as
president from December 2006 until today.

Peter Knapper earned his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering
technology from the University of Cincinnati and his MBA at Ohio University.
Prior to joining the TECT family of businesses he served in a series of
positions of increasing responsibility with GE Aircraft Engines, Burns
Aerospace, Honeywell, Sermatech, and Rolls-Royce Energy Systems. His
experience and success in his previous positions enabled Pete to dramatically
improve operational and financial performance of both of TECT Aerospace and
Power during his tenure as vice president of operations.

Knapper will be based in Wichita and he and his family will relocate to
the Wichita area in the near future.
