TelcoTV Asia 2009 (www.telcotvasia.com; www.telcotvasia.cn), scheduled for October 13-14 in Shanghai, will be jointly hosted by Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture, Radio, Film & Television (SCRFT) and Shanghai Economy & Information Technology Commission (SHEITC) at the Hyatt on the Bund Shanghai Hotel.
