Tempest Photography Selects NetDespatch Powered Royal Mail Tracked Service

MARLOW, England, February 24, 2011 - School and Graduation photo specialist Tempest Photography has selected
NetDespatch powered Royal Mail Tracked services to boost service levels for
its online and mail order business. The web shipping and tracking system is
supporting the company's surging growth in direct order business and speeding
collection and delivery of photographs and gifts to tens of thousands of
customers throughout the UK.

Tempest Photography currently uses the service to book collections using
the powerful address book facility and to print Royal Mail Tracked shipping
labels. The system is entirely web-based and does not require any special
dedicated hardware or software. Tempest Photography despatchers simply access
the system through a secure login page. It also enables customers to access
tracking data and proof of delivery provided by the Royal Mail Tracked
Services website. When the Royal Mail Collection Manifest is produced,
pre-advice data is transferred automatically and securely to the Royal Mail
servers.
