The New Era of Nationalisation

DUBAI, UAE, January 24, 2011 - Nationalisation has become a requirement for most private
organisations in GCC countries to support economic growth and keep
unemployment levels to a minimum. Despite many efforts, inconsistencies still
prove due to the lack of a skilled national labour force, which is needed to
help move its economy forward. At the same time, local governments make it
extremely difficult for the private sector to attract national talent because
of the difference in compensation and other available benefits.

Industry experts from major organisations including the ENDP,
British Council, Al Futtaim Group, Aujan Industries, NIVE, EIBFS, Emirates
Academy and many more will be meeting at the 6th Annual GCC Nationalisation
Summit, which is taking place between 24th - 27th April 2011 at the Grand
Millennium Hotel in Dubai, UAE to discuss strategies moving forward. The
summit is endorsed by the ENDP and British Council.

Dr. Ingo Forstenlechner, Professor, Department of Business
Administration, at University of UAE, conducted a study on 2,267 UAE national
students who mentioned the government's many employment benefits and
expressed the importance of job security, which they feel is not provided in
the private sector. Dr. Forstenlechner said: "The study comes at an important
time for the UAE, as more than half of the local population is below 20 years
and about to enter the labour market. This also creates immense pressure on
private sector to absorb citizens."

Join the 6th Annual GCC Nationalisation Summit to hear
essential presentations from key stakeholders including Dr. Forstenlechner as
well as Essa Al Mulla, Executive Director, Emirates National Development
Programme; Abdul Hakim AlBannay, GM Corporate Affairs, ETA ASCON and many
more. This is a hot topic on everyone's agenda and a must-attend event. There
has never been a better time to learn how to implement a successful
Nationalisation strategy to meet your quotas.
