Thousands of Documents Referenced in Lehman Examiner's Report Now Available at Lehmanreport.jenner.com

CHICAGO, April 14, 2010 - The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York today
resolved the last issues affecting the full publication of the report of the
Examiner in the Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. Chapter 11 proceedings. As a
public service, Jenner & Block is providing access to the final report and
all documents cited in the nine-volume Examiner's report online at
lehmanreport.jenner.com.
The copy of the report on the lehmanreport.jenner.com website features
hyperlinks to all of the documents cited in the report's over 8,000
footnotes.
Anton R. Valukas was appointed the Examiner in the bankruptcy proceedings
of Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. in January 2009. He was charged with
investigating and unraveling the events leading to the banking giant's
collapse. Jenner & Block served as counsel in the investigation and report.
