announced the appointment of Richard Lyon as Senior Vice President.

Lyon joins the company with over 20 years of experience in the banking
and finance sector. Having built Sagem Matsu by achieving considerable year
on year growth and then successfully managing the acquisition between Sagem
and Ingenico UK in 2008, Richard brings a wealth of knowledge which aligns
significantly with Thyron's strategic business objectives for the future.
