Winding up Petition Served on Evrite Ltd

LONDON, February 15, 2010 - A petition to wind up Evrite Ltd will be heard in the Royal
Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2 on 17 March 2010 at 10.30am. The action
is being brought by Mastermailer Stationery Ltd, a creditor of the company.

Evrite Ltd is a distributor of products for Everseal Mailers
Ltd. Both companies operate from Remlane Lodge, Bridgnorth Road, Stourton,
Stourbridge, West Midlands DY7 5BH and are under the ownership and control of
Mr Stephen Black's family members. Mr Black was removed as the chief
executive of Mastermailer in December 2008 and was subsequently dismissed on
the grounds of alleged gross misconduct.
