Frankfurt Airport City: An Outstanding Real Estate Location in the Heart of Europe

FRANKFURT, September 30, 2010 - Fraport AG will be presenting the strategic advantages of
Frankfurt Airport City (FRA) as a top real estate location and showcasing

Germany
(www.exporeal.net).

On October 5 from 4 p.m., a panel discussion will be held in
the Metropolarena FrankfurtRheinMain presentation area at Stand 334 in Hall

spurt FRA is expected to experience with the opening of the new Runway
Northwest in the autumn of 2011. Urban planner Prof. Dr. Martin Wentz, from
the International Real Estate Business School at the University of
Regensburg, will deliver the keynote speech describing how the airport acts
as a gravitational center for the region. The panel discussion will be
moderated by Steffen Uttich from the real estate market section of the
Frankfurt Allgemeine Zeitung newspaper. Panel members will include: Markus
Frank

resources and sports; Karl-Heinz Dietrich, Fraport AG's executive vice
president for retail and properties; Michael Korn, vice chairman of Schenker
Deutschland AG, and Holger Starp, managing partner of Plug and Work, a
medium-sized company that will operate a business and conference center in

completion on the rooftop of FRA's Long-distance Train Station.

At 6 p.m., visitors will be able to attend the Property
Management Talk at Fraport AG's stand C1.230. In an open discussion Jörg
Guderian, head of Fraport's external real estate and property management
department will present the Fraport Group's know-how in the full-service
management and technical control of complex multifunctional buildings. This
expertise is increasingly sought after outside of Frankfurt Airport.
