BREAKING NEWS: “The Judgment Order in favor of Keenan Kester Cofield fail to indicate two separate sections of that Irrevocable Judgment Order,” says Jenkins. Our first story was published on several days ago on the subject-matter of the Court Judgment that cleared Dr. Keenan Cofield, FOREVER.

The IRREVOCABLE Judgment & Lien Order By Consent, Confession and/or Foreign, dated February 25, 2008 was obtained by I.C.C. in part, which ruled in favor of Plaintiff Dr. Keenan Kester Cofield, JD/PhD and other Plaintiff(s), as the victim of overzealous police, prosecutors and judges who presided or brought bogus charges. “The Judgment Order serves as a form of Pardon of a Not-Guilty man, framed by the racist corrupt bias criminal judicial system,” says Jenkins. “The written Judgment and Lien Order is still in legal effect, and has not been voided or ruled illegal, or otherwise unconstitutional, itself, according to Court records of the case.”

Keenan Kester Cofield, holds a Masters & PhD in Criminal Justice and JD in Law with Honors plus Double Major from Southern Cal. The Court RULED AND ORDERED the following, additional relief in part:

1). Each Defendant/Judgment Debtors, SHALL IMMEDIATELY, search all its computer records, search files, databases, and remove from any web pages, any entry, web pages, notes of any kind in their custody in the names of any Judgment Creditors, shall remove, delete, and purge, any web sites or web pages that have any information relating to any Judgment Creditors, and/or Dr. Keenan Kester Cofield and others; The provisions of this Order were ordered against, Google.com, Yahoo.com, Ask.com, MSN/Microsoft, AOL.com, and several other entities, not listed herein.

2). The Irrevocable Court Judgment, ordered any and all negative information, from any Defendant’s, or any other sources, companies, corporations, collections agencies, law enforcement agencies/departments, NCIC, State NCIC police agency records/computer databases, any insurance companies, banks, finance companies, court clerks, credit bureaus/Transunion, Equifax, Experian, to further include, Choicepoint. Certegy/CheckSystems, Chex Systems, Telecheck, West Law/Thompson and any other Defendants/Judgment Debtors, remove any negative information, notes, from any computer record files, credit bureau files, records, account records, internet search databases, mortgage/bills, records, civil and criminal case file records medical bill records, in any state or Federal Jurisdiction, debts, fines, fraud, checking databases, any record or files located in Dr. Keenan Kester Cofield and other Plaintiff(s)/Judgment Creditors, shall be deleted, purged,, and expunged, immediately without any delay, with said Order directs any accounts or other balances shall be ZERO, accounts noted paid in FULL.

3). I.C.C. advises that the recorded Court Judgment & Lien Order, records, documents and other papers are owned by Dr. Keenan Kester Cofield, and his Former entities, have copyright/tradename/trademark and name protections, to the copyrighted materials and recorded documents, mentioned herein.

4). “I.C.C. reports that the all the Defendants and Judgment Debtors have violated the Judgment Order or willfully and intentionally violated the Judgment & Lien Order, infringed upon the copyright and trademarks, owned by Plaintiff(s) Judgment Creditors,” says Jenkins. No Defendant or Judgment Debtors have complied with the February 25, 2008, Irrevocable Judgment Order. In fact, some Defendants have willfully violated or infringed upon that copyrights of Dr. Keenan Kester Cofield. “I.C.C. states that the following listed web sites, web pages, search engines, companies, corporations, have printed and/or published material that is owned by Dr. Keenan Kester Cofield or Keenan Kester Cofield and his entities,” says Jenkins. Dr. Keenan Cofield has not given anyone written authorization to use, or make any reference to his recorded copyrighted material, in any form or format.
