DUBAI, UAE, January 31, 2011 - As the market for cargo charters expands the frequency of
goods transportation to difficult areas increases. There may be several
reasons for this, the most popular being that the said areas are more
suitable for various types of industry, more commonly, mining, construction
or oil and gas.

One such popular region for construction is Afghanistan.
Although battling a history of violence and political unrest, the country's
new found independence and call to dispel arms has left it open for mass
economic development.

Air Charter International was presented with an opportunity to
transport goods to this difficult terrain when the representative of a global
logistics provider contacted them. "This particular client had chartered with
us previously and so when approached we were more than glad to help," stated
Richard Dunnink Charter Sales broker at Air Charter International.

He further explained that the client recruited Air Charter
International for a cargo charter in order to transport 33,000 Kilograms of
PVC pipes from Dammam in Saudi Arabia to Bagram in Afghanistan.

"A country like Afghanistan always provides unexpected
challenges; unforeseen departure or arrival delays, security issues, price
fluctuations, etc. It is therefore important to work with trusted parties who
have the expertise and background to operate in this country."

Mr. Dunnink explained that with more than 20 years of
experience in dealing with cargo charters all over the world, Air Charter
International was perfectly suited to help the client with their enquiry.

In order to represent the client's best interests, Air Charter
Internationals dedicated sales team sourced a Boeing 747-200F to transport
the goods from point A to point B. "the B747-200F is a freighter with a nose
cargo door. This made it ideally suited to this particular enquiry."

With the sensitive nature of these two high profile countries,
Air Charter International encountered a few obstacles. However, throughout
the whole ordeal Air Charter International maintained its professionalism and
sourced quick solutions.

"Our professional and experienced Charter and Operations teams
worked tirelessly to ensure that the transport of the PVC pipes went
smoothly. We worked round the clock to ensure that the cargo arrived in
Bagram on time," he said.
