Harris Interactive(R) Appoints New U.K. Leadership

NEW YORK, January 27, 2011 - Harris Interactive Inc. (Nasdaq: HPOL), a leading innovative global
market research firm, today announced that Nathalie Perrio-Combeaux and
Patrick Van Bloeme, founders of Novatris, S.A., which was acquired by the
Company in 2004, have been named co-CEOs of the Company's U.K. operations,
effective February 1, 2011. Perrio-Combeaux and Van Bloeme, currently co-CEOs
of the Company's French operations, will take on this new role alongside
their existing responsibilities from Paris, where they are based.

Robert Salvoni, President, International, has agreed to leave the
business, effective February 4, 2011, to pursue other career opportunities.
Kimberly Till, President and CEO of the Company, will oversee Canada, Europe
and Asia together with the management teams in place in those geographies.
