Germany's Number 1 Independent Fleet Management on the Road to the European Top Spot

SULZBACH and TAUNUS, Germany, June 22, 2010 - HPI Fleet & Mobility, Germany's market-leading independent fleet
management company with 25,000 vehicles in its inventory, is on the road to
the European top spot. The company based in Sulzbach (Taunus) has now
acquired Masterlease France SAS and Masterlease Belgium BVBA from Ally
Financial Inc. In future, HPI will offer Masterlease customers its full
portfolio of fleet management services. Its vehicle inventory thus rises to
31,000 vehicles.

HPI's Global CFO Philipp von Gottberg assessed the successful takeover as
a "milestone" on the path to being represented in all European countries by
2011. These are "very exciting times for HPI and our growing number of
customers and suppliers," observes von Gottberg.

The takeover was supported by financial services provider Macquarie. "We
are very happy with both takeovers in France and Belgium and look forward to
being able to take advantage of further opportunities to participate in the
growth of HPI," Florian Herold, Co-Head Lending Europe, commented on the
deal.

HPI emerged from the Central Purchasing department of Hoechst AG. Already
in 2009 the company registered strong growth through the takeover of Aral
Fleet Management and the acquisition of large international customers. The
service portfolio of an independent leasing broker and buying specialist
ranges from vehicle procurement to managing finance and full-service
agreements right through to comprehensive services also for owned fleets.

Macquarie Group (Macquarie) is a global provider of banking, financial,
consultancy, investment and fund management services. Ally Financial Inc.
(formerly GMAC Inc.) is one of the world's largest financial services
providers in the automotive sector.
