International Military Commanders and Experts to Visit Abu Dhabi to Discuss Integrated Air Defence Strategies

ABU DHABI, United Arab Emirates, May 18, 2010 - The 2nd Annual Air and Missile Defence Summit will focus on
the development of an integrated air defence capability in order to address
the challenges posed by aerial attacks. From 30 May to 2 June 2010, IQPC, a
global provider of tailored, industry-driven conferences, will be hosting Air
& Missile Defence Summit 2010 at the Armed Forces Officers Club, in Abu
Dhabi.

This prestigious four-day event will highlight the strategies
and the latest technologies which are being implemented across USA, Europe,
Asia and the Middle East to achieve improved interconnectivity and
interoperability between military and industry players for a blanket
protection of the region's air space. The agenda will also highlight the
roadmap to effectively develop and deploy air and missile defence systems for
a fielded capability.

Lieutenant General Mike Hostage, Commander, United States Air Force Central
Command, who will share the long-term role of the United States Air Force in
the region in creating an integrated air defence umbrella.

Executive Officer, United States Army Missiles and Space; Major General Peter
Vangjel, Deputy Commanding General, Third Army/U.S. Army Central; Air Vice

Brigadier General Roger F. Mathews, Commandant, US Army Air Defense Artillery
School; Colonel Laurens Jobse, Commander, Royal Netherlands Army (RNLA) Air

Section Chief, Italian Air Force General Staff and Brigadier General Hani
Odeh Awad Al-Hajaj, Director, Royal Jordanian Air Defence Field.
They will be joined on the agenda by speakers from top defence industry
