Irish Promoter Falsely Advertising Vince Gill as Performer

NASHVILLE, Tennessee, April 8, 2010 - U.K. concert promoter James McGarrity of JW Promos is falsely advertising
country music superstar Vince Gill as one of the performers at his upcoming
festival Country Fest 2010. The festival, which runs from July 31 - August 1,
promotes Gill on its website, press releases and posters. "Cease and Desist"
letters have been issued to McGarrity demanding he immediately remove Gill's
name and likeness from any and all advertising as Gill is not confirmed to
perform at this festival.
