NTT Europe Expands Global IP-VPN across Europe, Fulfils Global Connectivity Demands

LONDON, October 18, 2010 - NTT Europe (www.eu.ntt.com/en/index.html), an ICT solutions

is pleased to announce today the launch of 5 new points of presence (POPs)
for its Arcstar(TM) Global IP-VPN (

vpn-service.html) in Hamburg, Madrid, Munich, Stockholm, and Warsaw. The
initiative continues to deepen NTT Com's connectivity (

network closer to its customers.

NTT Com has been offering network service for enterprise customers in
Spain, Sweden and Poland through partnership with local companies. This
latest expansion reinforces NTT Europe's ability to deliver high quality,
globally managed network services to its customers in Asia, the US and
Europe. This extended reach provides a seamless delivery of applications and
information across the world.

The new POP in Madrid strengthens the company's managed network business
in Spain, whilst Stockholm and Warsaw address rapid growth demands in the
Nordic countries and extended reach into North Eastern Europe. Hamburg and
Munich increase the presence within Germany, complementing the existing
Frankfurt and Dusseldorf POPs.
