Appoints Ajay Kotkar as CEO for Omnitech Asia-Pacific

SINGAPORE, October 13, 2010 - Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd., leading end-to-end technology
Consulting, Services and Solutions provider announced its expansion plan in
Asia-Pacific market, with the forthcoming launch of Hong Kong and Singapore
office with a key focus on the Banking and Financial Services.

Mr. Ajay Kotkar is the newly appointed CEO for its
subsidiaries 'Omnitech Services Ltd.', Hong Kong and 'Omnitech Services Pte.
Ltd.',Singapore. Ajay, an established senior Banking veteran joins Omnitech
to share his knowledge on Technology Consulting, IT Infrastructure and
Managed Services to the BFSI market. He brings along with him over twenty
years of BFSI experience and has successfully worked with brands like Royal
Bank of Scotland, ABN AMRO and Swiss Bank Corporation.
