SAN FRANCISCO, May 24, 2011 -

Just weeks before the 2011 Apple World Wide Developers Conference,
PairShare, LLC has announced its proprietary app, which allows users to
stream music between mobile Apple devices from up to 300 feet away.

"The PairShare app gives users the ability to select music on their
iPhone, iPad or iPod touch and stream it live with another device, using
Bluetooth," said Mike Kovatch, president of PairShare, LLC. "With this app,
you can instantly discover other users and share music with those who are
nearby, using their mobile phones for instant, vicinity-based social
networking."

To share music, users simply create a "Sharelist" and use the app's auto
scan feature to find nearby friends to listen with. Both users can view the
Sharelist, album art and song information, and can also switch back and forth
between Sharelists. Activate the "remote control" feature and either user can
adjust the music stream on the remote Sharelist in real time. Headset
controls have been activated to stop, start, adjust volume and advance to the
next song which further adds to an optimal music share experience. The app
even "auto reconnects" if users go in and out of the listening range.

The app works great for activities like hiking, biking, on a train,
studying at the library, or any situation where people would like to share
their music with others. It was developed based on testing and feedback
through numerous focus groups to identify key features users would want,
resulting in PairShare being the top-selling app in its niche market.

PairShare recently received five out of five stars on
TheiPhoneAppReview.com. According to the website's Editor-in-Chief, Jon Li,
"Music sharing apps are valuable-the robust features, ease of use and price
point make PairShare invaluable."

The free version of the app allows the playing of one song at a time and
unlimited listening to a friend's music stream. With a $2.99 upgrade, users
enjoy unlimited listening and uninterrupted play of all Sharelists. PairShare
is compatible with iPhones (3G or newer), iPod touches (2nd generation or
newer) and all iPads, with an operating system of iOS 4.1 or later and
Bluetooth capability.

"Vicinity-based social networking apps like PairShare are the wave of the
future, and Apple users have been waiting for an app like this for a long
time," Kovatch said.
