SPI Group and Roust Group Announce Settlement of Disputes

NEW YORK, April 12, 2010 - SPI Group and Roust Group announce that they have reached a settlement of
claims brought by SPI Group against Roust Group that were pending before the
U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the
similar claims in Israel. The parties have also agreed to settle claims
brought by Roust Group against SPI Group in the United States District Court
for the Southern District of New York. The claims and counterclaims in each
of these actions have been dismissed with prejudice, without any admission of
liability by any party, without payment of money by any party to any other
party and without injunctive relief for or against any party or any of its
affiliates.
