Successful Grid Connection of the 1st PV Power Station Autonomously Built by HC SOLAR in Europe

On Oct. 5th of 2011, the photovoltaic power station, also known as Alfdorf Project, autonomously developed and built by HC SOLAR in Baden-Wurttemberg, Germany was successfully grid-connected. Leading domestic PV energy enterprises targeting the international market, HC SOLAR’s mature and well-rounded capability to develop and build PV power stations overseas has been soundly proven with Alfdorf Project, one of the milestones in its history, and also promotes the development of the downstream industry chain as well as optimizes the layout of PV power stations.

Alfdorf Project is located in the south-west of Germany, and consists of four roofs with total investment of EUR 505,448 which achieves the total power of 246.56kWp, annual energy production of 225,109kwh and meets the electro-requirements of 50 families with 4 members as estimated, thus resulting in the annual CO2 emission reduction of 146 tons. The Project is designed to utilize 1072 HCP230P-230W polycrystalline solar modules.
Currently, HC SOLAR will continue to analyze and draw on the successful experience of overseas projects in order to further improve the overseas investment structure, expand sales network and promote brand image by means of high-performance solar batteries, solar modules and solar energy systems along with extension of PV power stations.
