TelCamp.tel Sets the Stage for Future TelCamps Worldwide

- Inaugural Canadian TelCamp Set to Rock Toronto

The Royal Ontario Museum, (ROM) will debut TelCamp 1 Toronto, Canada’s first TelCamp. This grassroots initiative is designed to showcase the attributes of the .tel domain and is the first to employ the newly created TelCamp.tel site which provides automated registration and attendee lists, submissions for agenda topics and further .tel resources.

“We’re extremely pleased with the number and diversity of people that have pre-registered thus far, spanning realtors, lawyers, domain registrars, insurance brokers, students, domain experts and novices,” said Scott Smith, one of the TelCamp organizers. “The TelCamp.tel model has been a godsend in helping to manage an event that by its very nature is organic.”
