Cable&Wireless Worldwide to Provide Data Centre Services and Hosted Contact Centre Solution
LONDON, November 16, 2010 - Tesco Bank has chosen Cable&Wireless Worldwide to provide
managed data centre services and a hosted telephony solution to support its
banking and insurance customer service centres in Newcastle and Glasgow.
C&W Worldwide will provide a range of solutions to ensure that
customer calls are routed through to the appropriate member of staff, with
the necessary information for them to handle the calls in a timely and
efficient manner.
The service, which will use C&W Worldwide's global, high-speed
next-generation network, is fully scalable and can provide the flexibility to
grow as the bank continues to develop.
