Verantis Announces the Acquisition of the Assets of Atlanta-Based Andersen 2000

MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, Ohio, October 22, 2010 - Verantis Corporation, a global provider of turnkey environmental and
process solutions for industrial plants, announced today that it acquired the
assets of Atlanta-based Andersen 2000, a provider of engineered systems for
the thermal treatment of industrial and specialty waste streams. The
acquisition includes the market-proven incineration technologies of Andersen
2000, as well as Andersen's aftermarket product lines including filter media,
repair parts, and field service.
