ALMERE, The Netherlands, June 7, 2010 - The use of solar panels has grown rapidly over the years. Unlike fossil
fuels, the use of solar energy is environmentally friendly and a sustainable
way to generate energy. Therefore, on June 7, 2010, Victron Energy introduces
the BlueSolar Panels on the Dutch and international markets.

Maximum performance in sun and shadow

The BlueSolar panels from Victron Energy are of the highest quality: the
high-transmission tempered glass provides enhanced stiffness and impact
resistance. A sturdy, anodized aluminium frame allows modules to be easily
roof-mounted with a variety of standard mounting systems. The BlueSolar
panels have an exceptional low-light performance and a high sensitivity to
light across the entire solar spectrum. When the panels are shaded, the
high-performance bypass diodes minimize the power drop caused by the shade.

The BlueSolar panels from Victron Energy have a 25-year limited warranty
on power output and performance.

Electricity at every location

With solar panels, sunlight can be directly converted to electricity. A
solar panel can be installed at every location, providing electricity to
remote areas or the average home. In The Netherlands the usage of solar
panels is being stimulated by a wide range of subsidies.
