Victron Energy B.V. Sponsors the VeKa MAN Racing Team in Paris-Dakar

ALMERE, The Netherlands, January 7, 2011 - The Paris-Dakar Rally 2011 leads through the Latin American countries
Argentina and Chile from the 1st of January until the 16th of January in
2011. Over 400 vehicles started in Buenos Aires, including cars, motorbikes,
quadbikes and trucks. Victron Energy is sponsor of a Dutch truck-team: the
VeKa MAN Racing Team.

Victron Energy has a strong relationship with the VeKa group
shipbuilding. The VeKa Racing Team is participating in the Dakar Rally with 3
official MAN trucks. One of the racers of the VeKa Racing Team is Marcel van
, winner of the first stage of Le Dakar 2009.
