LONDON, January 26, 2011 - CleanEquity Monaco, the forum for emerging cleantech companies of all
nationalities to present to specialist financial & strategic investors,
policy makers, end users and international & trade media.

CleanEquity is pleased to announce 21 Ventures as a partner for 2011.
Based in New York, 21 Ventures invests in clean technologies and
entrepreneurs focused on solving the challenges of the 21st Century: climate
change, global urbanisation, growing middle class in emerging markets, and
depletion of natural resources.

Since 2004, 21 Ventures has provided over 40 clean tech ventures with
seed, bridge, and growth equity capital.

We are pleased to announce the following persons as speakers.

George Frampton, senior counsel at Covington & Burling. He served as
Chairman of the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) from 1998
to 2001 and most recently as Co-Chairman of the Obama transition team for
CEQ.

James Cameron, Vice Chairman of Climate Change Capital. He is an expert
in developing policy responses to climate change. Prior to CCC he founded and
ran the Climate Change Practice at Baker & McKenzie and was involved in
negotiating the UNFCCC and Kyoto Protocol.

Paul Clements-Hunt, Head of the United Nations Environment Programme
Finance Initiative.

David Anthony, Managing Partner of 21 Ventures, sits on the board of
portfolio companies and teaches at the New York Academy of Sciences.
