ÅF-Kontroll is Now Called DEKRA Industrial

STUTTGART, Germany and GOTHENBURG, Sweden, January 25, 2011 - ÅF-Kontroll, the Swedish subsidiary of DEKRA based in Gothenburg, now
operates under the name of DEKRA Industrial AB. The change of name is part of
DEKRA's global single brand strategy. Together with the Finnish affiliated
company, DEKRA Industrial OY, the company is the driving force behind the
expansion of the international power plant inspection business.

DEKRA took over the Swedish industrial inspection company in
the spring of 2010. The company specialises in the inspection and
non-destructive testing of materials (NDT), especially in the power and
process industry and large-scale facilities field. DEKRA Industrial AB
employs around 430 people and has more than 27 locations in Sweden as well as
branches in Norway, the Czech Republic and Lithuania.

"DEKRA aims to become an international market leader in the testing and
inspection field with the ability to provide global support for its customers
in the energy and process industry sector", explained Jörgen Backersgård Head
of DEKRA Industrial in the Nordic countries, who will continue to run the
company together with Werner Bollmann, General manager of DEKRA Sweden. In
Scandinavia, through its Finnish and Swedish subsidiaries, DEKRA is already
number one in this sector.

In recent years DEKRA, the expert organisation, has grown the industrial
inspection business into the Group's second biggest segment behind the
automotive business. In 2010 DEKRA's Business Unit Industrial generated
around EUR 500 million worldwide and employed, 5 900 people.
